Have you ever wonder how Chuck Norris look so healthy at the age of 70 years old and over? By eating right and using the total gym machine. By now most people have heard of it and see it on t.v. Some probably never tried it because they think is better for them to lose weight if they join a gym. They probably think it is a waste of money.

Let me tell you from my experience as a fitness advisor. Yes the total gym works! I have tried it and I love it. But if your are looking to gain huge muscle then the total gym is not for you. But if your looking to tone and lose weight the total gym will help you get the result in a shorter time. Below is some of the pros and cons of having the total gym.

Pros:

1. The total gym is easy to use and fun. Is not that difficult to use. It is easily stored underneath your bed when you finish.

2. You only need to use the total gym for only 20 minute 3 to 5 days a week to improve your health.

3. Total gym for 20 minute 3 to 5 days a week produce much better result than 5 days of 30 minutes of running! Each individual might be different but it had work great for me and my clients.

4. It will definitely help you lose weight and get in the best shape of your life in a short time!

5. You don't need to do other type of cardiovascular exercise if your using the total gym. Total gym is easy to use but it is a challenge. You will definitely get a good workout and sweat in 20 minutes.

Cons:

1. Total gym can be a challenge. If you can't keep up with at least 20 minute of ciruit training non-stop is better if you don't purchase it.

2. If your looking to gain huge mass total gym won't give you that kind of result.

3. If your expecting to use the total gym to get in shape only and have a bad diet is better if you don't purchase the product and expect to be in great shape by just using the total gym alone.

4. Your probably don't have to do that much cardio or any cardio at all becuase the total gym take care of all your aerobic needs already. Doing more cardio is just a waste of time. But respectfully it is your choice.
